rom outdoor venue

Our outdoor rom initially started off with a lot of choices, far too much to decide :P as each has it's own extra point and all of them are lovely places to choose from. It's a tough decision to make though... but thru the decision making process, upon our consideration based on the location, quotes, attitudes of the person in charge of the venue, the surrounding, the spaciousness, and so on, we finally manage to decide on the venue, which are, as following:-
.
The Pool @ Desa Tanjung (our 1st home)
.Upon confirmation of the venue, I immediately call our management office for arrangement of the booking and payment and so on. The management are so kind as to pre-book the venue for me until Wednesday (it's Friday when I call). They are open till 9p.m. every Wednesday, thus enabling me to get the form , fill in and make payment. I was there at the maintenance office on Wednesday nite and to my horror (I feel like I need to be explaining this, as other BTB might face the same problem as me) I was informed that I cannot book the venue for any wedding purposes. According to the PIC, all wedding solemnization need to be carried out at the government venue and no private sector nor venue permitted to do so. I did some explanation to them about outdoor civil ceremony and we agreed for me to write a letter explaining the situation to the chairman. hopefully things goes well, and I shall updating more about my experiences...
>>>> fast forward the hassle
We finally managed to get things in order and successfully booked the place for our R.O.M (**,) without much hassle. Just an approval letter from JPN as proof of approval.
