♥ Groom's Reception Decoration

posted under , , by -me-
The restaurant provides simple decoration on bridal table only. Red carpet will be provided but the rest's not included. Thus, we engage the decorator for a more dramatic fairy tale design.

We'd contacted several different decorator with regards to our banquet hall decoration. Many email are sent but not all receive a reply. Some deorator do reply but are either too busy schedule to take up our job, or their reply are taking ages.

we do not want to take risk with decorator who takes up several jobs within the same day, cuz it might risk our banquet hall being decorated in a rush and very last minute job. We also do not consider decorator who reply late as we do not wants to have pending decoration issue.

All and all, it's very hard to shortlist the decorator. Meanwhile, we'd shortlisted 3 decorator that's suitable to our criteria. Now, for the decoration part, being the all time fussy lady, I had few alterations to the design before I finalise on few acceptable one.

Here's a bit on the general details:-

  1. Reception table
    - decor with simple backdrop for photography
    - reception table decor
    - wishing tree
    .
  2. Entrance
    - 2 high flower stand with fresh flower
    .
  3. Bridal aisle
    - unlimited flower stand with fresh flower along the walkway (red carpet)
    .
  4. Bridal table
    - decor with layerred rich organza cloth and fresh flower arrangement
    - chair ribboned
    .
  5. Stage
    - Stage backdrop with wording, satin Scallop and flower decoration
    - Cake cutting decor table

- the end -
