♥ R.O.M. Catering

posted under , by -me-
There ain't a complete ceremony and parties without proper food and beverages served for the guest. Hence, I'd personally went thru the menu and discussed the details of the food and beverages to be served. I'd managed to source for few caterer that's offering a pretty good price, but am still pending for final decision as my in-law and some are my friends are suggesting me to do it home based. They are offering me much help on the food preparations and I'm so much appreciating all the kindness offered. thus, assuming we are doing a home base catering (DIY)...
.
Here's a list of food I've in mind...
  1. WELCOME DRINK
Sparkling blended lychee juice with lime - Alex
Alex's a good beverage blender. This is the task for him and I'm sure he's gonna do a great job out of it for blending the welcome cocktail for our guest of honour. There'll be limited supply for this cocktail as it's served as a welcome drink only.

  2. STARTER / APPETIZER
    Acar
    .
  3. MAIN DISHES
Fried beehoon in siamese style (Mihun Siam)
Fried rice in yong zhao style
    Creamy curry chicken
Sweet and sour sauce fish fillet
    Stir fry vegetable
    .
  4. SNACK / FINGER FOOD / COCKTAIL
    Otak - otak spring roll
    Mini egg mayo sandwich
    Wholesome sardine sandwich
    Cocktail sausage
    Chicken nuggets
    Fish & Sotong ball stick
    French fries
There's a lot of finger food prepared in our catering to suit and convenience our guest, who's mostly ladies (on my side) and gentleman (on Alex's side). this is the first among the many...
    .
  5. SIDE DISHES
    Nyonya kuih
    .
  6. DESSERTS
refer to my dessert link here for more
Dessert!! Dessert!! Dessert!!! That's my favorite no matter it's a macarroon, chocolate, cupcakes, swiss roll, cotton candy or a cake... hence, there's no chance of refusal.. only add in more, more, more, and more...
    .
  7. BEVERAGES
    Iced orange cordial - Alex
    Red wine x5 - buy
    .
  8. FRUITS
    Pineapple - mil
    Watermelon - mil
hawaii party cant do without fruits.. there'll be pineapple and watermelon served!
As the food's provided home based, from relatives and friends, there's some arrangement that I'll need to do for the decoration and placement of food.
.
- the end -
