Agenda arrangement can be a hassle. I'm gonna review the procedure with our wedding planner on the details before we can conclude and decide on the ball rolling events. Here's a draft of my schedule (temp):-
- 18:00 - Guest arrival
as our invitation card are printed to start at 6p.m. sharp, we are expecting guest arrival starting from 6p.m. and there's arrangement for my bridesmaid to guide these guest to their seating arranged. At the same time, soft music are "ON". All guest will be given a postcard, be it individual, couple, groups or family to write and sign their blessing and all postcard will be hang onto wishing tree.
. - from 18:00 till 19:30
all guest will be entertained with background music, childhood montage, photography, guestbook signing, pre karaoke and so on while waiting for the banquet to start.
. - 19:30 - Ceremony starts
- 19:30 - Pre-wedding photo slide 1
time, approximately 10mins (2mins for mcee, 8mins for slide)
mcee to catch the attention of all guest so that they can sit back to the designated seat and the ceremony shall start with some speech from the mcee and a pre-wedding photography slide show of ours.
. - 19:40 - Couple walks in
time, approximately 5mins
this is gonna be the first walk towards our marriage life. alex and me are gonna walks into the hall hand in hand with blessing from our guest. strictly no confetti!!! i'm gonna use either balloon or flower petals... before that, all guest are asked to rise for the occasion.
. - 19:45 - Course 1/Opening ceremony
time, approximately 15mins (5mins for show, 10mins for s/tasting)
it's finally time to start the food serving. Johnny will start the function with an opening ceremony by the waiter and waitresses and first course will be served.
. - 20:00 - Course 2/pre-wedding photo slide 2
time, approximately 20mins (2mins for mcee, 8mins for slide, 10mins for s/tasting)
once again, mc shall make introduction for the next slide to come and start our second pre-wedding photography slide upon that.
. - 20:20 - Course 3/R.O.M & morning ceremony movie mania
time, approximately 30mins (10mins for rom, 10mins for m/ceremony, 10 mins for s/tasting)
this is a special clips made into movie for our rom and morning ceremony, specially presented to all our guest who didnt make it to the rom and morning ceremony.
. - 20:50 - Course 4/anime
time, approximately 15mins (5mins for anime, 10mins for s/tasting)
this is a special surprise specially dedicated to Alex. i hope he likes it and it'll amaze all our guest as well :P this anime's to be screened during me at the backstage making up for second march in from stage.
. - 21:05 - Course 5/stage toasting
time, approximately 30mins (15mins for toating, 5mins for games, 10 mins for s/tasting)
the highlights of the nite, alex shall join me at the backstage 5 mins before the toasting for our 2nd march in from stage. upon march in, we shall, open champagne, cake cutting and invite immediate and close family members from both sides for toasting to our guest.
. - 21:35 - Course 6/Karaoke
- 21:50 - Course 7
- 22:05 - Course 8
time, approximately 45mins (15mins for s/tasting each course)
During this time, we shall get ourselves busy with lots of toasting (table to table) and camera taking (also table to table). During course 6, or right after the toasting on stage, karaoke session will be open to all to sing to they heartfill.

time, approximately 15mins
